St Modwen Development start on site at Coed Darcy I have been to the massive redevelopment of BP's Oil Refinery at Llandarcy in South Wales quite a few times now. The oil refinery closed in 1998 and the site is now being redeveloped by St. Modwen now known as Coed Darcy. The Prince's Trust is also involved in the creation of this new village on the site which is due for completion in 2026. The development will include 4000 homes and also 4 schools.
